What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
I was recently promoted to Partner at Anchin. As a new Partner and a leader in the Real Estate Group, I am looking forward to utilizing my industry expertise to grow the real estate practice and mentor the junior staff by sharing my knowledge and guiding their professional career development.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?
It is important to ensure your values align with those of the firm’s, as this compatibility will better support your long-term career growth.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you?
Throughout my life, I’ve been inspired by Serena Williams. Her dedication to being the best in her sport has motivated me to be the best in my field.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
As a newly promoted Director at Anchin, I’ve become more involved with the new business process. I enjoy meeting with potential clients and listening to their issues. In addition, I find it rewarding to discuss Anchin’s capabilities, including the many services we provide and why we are a good fit for their firm. Many of these prospects have turned into clients, which has provided me with valuable learning experience and the drive to continue building new relationships.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?
I think it’s important to choose a firm that will motivate you to do your very best and recognizes your hard work and dedication.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you?
My grandma has always been my biggest role model. She has always championed hard work, persistence, and dedication.
