Meet Rebecca Long, CPA

Rebecca Long, CPA, is an Accounting and Audit Director for Anchin’s Real Estate Group. She provides assurance and advisory services to privately held companies. Rebecca has served clients with varying specialties, including owners and operators of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate entities, real estate funds, movie studios, and ground-up development properties. Rebecca is also a part of the firm’s Emerging Manager Platform (EMP), which works with start-up hedge, private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds. As a member of the EMP group, she works with fund managers to help launch of their first fund and provide value-added services that go beyond the traditional tax and audit compliance.

Within the firm, Rebecca is deeply involved in recruiting, professional development and leadership initiatives. She participates in Anchin’s mentoring and development program and was selected for the firm’s Rainmaker program, which focuses on leadership and development for accounting professionals. She also serves as the Co-Chair of Anchin Women’s Initiative Network (AWIN) and is a member of the firm’s Culture and Belonging committee, where she helps organize events, networking opportunities and training sessions to support and empower women in the accounting industry.

Rebecca is an active member of Girl Gang and CREW NY, two organizations that connect and support professional women in the real estate space.

Her contributions have been recognized industry-wide: Rebecca was named one of Globe St.’s Women of Influence in the Mentorship category in both 2022 & 2024, and featured in the the Ones to Watch Spotlight by the New York Real Estate Journal.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
