Hau Yee Chan, CPA, is a Tax Senior Manager at Anchin and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Private Client Groups. She has over 15 years of experience in the industry and has been with Anchin since 2006.

Hau Yee provides a range of business and consulting services to her clients, including High-Net-Worth individuals and families, as well as commercial and residential Real Estate entities. Hau Yee regularly provides her clients with advice with respect to acquisitions and sales, as well as partnership restructurings. She works closely with clients on compliance for privately-held businesses, corporations, partnerships, and LLC’s.

In addition to client responsibilities, she is an instructor for tax in-house professional development seminars and is also a part of Anchin’s Women’s Initiative Network (AWIN). Hau Yee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

In addition to English, Hau Yee is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
