Alex Kolbovsky is a Senior Manager in Anchin’s Real Estate Services Group. He has over 14 years of experience serving real estate owners, developers, and operators on residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. He provides accounting, tax and real estate advisory services for clients that range from multigenerational, family-owned real estate businesses to large real estate syndicators and real estate funds.

Alex provides clients with a comprehensive array of services, including analyzing various transactions like capital events, acquisitions, asset dispositions, refinancings, and restructurings. He often assists his real estate clients with the tax and business aspects of changes in ownership, a common issue in the real estate industry.

Alex takes a proactive and hands-on approach while working alongside his clients. He is known for being attentive to his clients’ needs and looking for new solutions to their business challenges.

Alex has contributed to the professional development of Anchin’s accounting staff by participating in the firm’s mentorship program. He also supports the firm’s recruiting efforts by conducting entry-level and experienced-hire interviews.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
