Raymond Baggeri, CPA, is an audit partner at Anchin and is a member of the Firm’s Consumer Products Group. He has diverse experience, including Food and Beverage, Fashion, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Retail.
Ray has more than 15 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience, during which he served premier global branded apparel and consumer products companies. He has significant experience in the areas of business combinations, retail store expansions, consolidations, restructurings and bankruptcies, valuation and impairment analyses, derivative instruments, stock based compensation, retail method inventory, uncertain tax positions and revenue recognition. Ray has also helped his clients implement cycle counting programs as well as strategies related to inventory disposition to maximize operational efficiencies. He has also assisted clients in assessing complex financial reporting areas such as build to suit lease contracts.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
