Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP Bolsters its Advisory Offering with a Key Addition to the Firm – A Leader of its New Transaction Advisory Services Practice

Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP is pleased to welcome Olamide (Lami) Ajibesin to the firm as a Managing Director to lead its Transaction Advisory Services – Due Diligence Practice.

A New Transaction Advisory Services Practice

With Lami’s arrival comes an augmented suite of Due Diligence services, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, lender and tax due diligence and other advisory services to help guide investors and owners alike on important decisions to create value in complex M&A transactions.  Anchin can also help coordinate interaction with potential alliances and their advisors, and lead purchase price agreement negotiation.

Lami has fifteen years of experience in working with Private Equity and corporate clients. Her transaction size experience ranges from lower middle-market deals to those exceeding $1 billion. She has executed more than 150 deals for private equity and strategic acquirers in a variety of industries, and advised on over $10 billion worth of private equity, strategic investments and secondary transactions including both LP-focused and GP-led mandates.

Prior to joining Anchin, Lami was a Director in the M&A – Transaction Advisory practice of Duff & Phelps, LLC and was in the deal advisory practice of KPMG LLP.

This addition of this talent will help to further fuel Firm growth, and enable Anchin to continue to offer the highest quality creative, proactive advisory services to clients representing all of the major industries in the Tri-state area and beyond.
