Meet Nicole Carbone

Nicole Carbone is a Commercial Audit Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience in public accounting. She has a broad range of experience in various industries including architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate. Nicole is often recognized for her client service and leadership skills.

In addition to client responsibilities, Nicole is also actively involved in the Firm’s CARE Committee where she has led various firm-wide events. She is also deeply involved in the firm’s mentorship program where she plays an active role in the recruiting, development, and training processes and is a key member of Anchin Women’s Initiative Network (AWIN). Nicole is also an instructor for in-house professional development seminars on accounting and audit matters pertinent to architecture, engineering, and construction companies.

Nicole is active in the industry and frequently attends CFMA and PWC events. In 2025, Nicole was recognized as an Emerging Leader in Construction by Subcontractors Trade Association (STA). In 2021, she was recognized as a rising star by the Women Builders Council (WBC). Nicole is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
