Keith Peterka, CPA, is a partner and the leader of Anchin’s Technical Review Department, with over 25 years of experience working with both SEC registrants and privately held companies on complex accounting and auditing issues.

Prior to joining Anchin, Keith served as partner-in-charge of the Professional Standards Group at a top 30 CPA firm based in New York.  He was a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Inspections Division. Keith also has extensive international experience servicing part of a Big Four Firm’s Capital Markets group both in Europe and Asia.

Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Keith was an original member of the IASB’s SMEs Implementation Issues Group, and served a three-year term with the AICPA’s Technical Issues Committee. Keith is currently a member of the AICPA’s NAAATS planning committee.
