Meet Erica Cohen

Erica Cohen is an Audit Partner in Anchin’s Real Estate Group. She has over 15 years of experience providing assurance, advisory, tax, and accounting services to privately held companies, primarily in the real estate industry. Erica serves clients in commercial and residential real estate, affordable housing projects, real estate development, real estate funds, and hospitality and service organizations.

Erica has created training curriculums and taught courses related to real estate accounting and audit methodologies. In recognition of her ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of professionals, she was named one of GlobeSt.’s 2025 Women of Influence in the Mentorship category.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
