Suerische (Sue) Villarosa is a Tax Senior Manager at Anchin with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. As a member of the firms’ real estate group, she works primarily with real estate funds, developers, owners, and managers on tax compliance and planning. She also has experience with estate planning for High-Net-Worth individuals. Sue works with her clients year-round to help develop and implement effective tax strategies and remain in compliance with everchanging tax laws. She has particular expertise in partnership structuring and taxes.

In addition to client responsibilities, Sue is involved with training staff on technical tax topics relevant to the real estate industry.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

In addition to English, she is fluent in Tagalog.
