Meet Suerische Villarosa

Suerische (Sue) Villarosa is a Tax Senior Manager at Anchin with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. As a member of the firm’s real estate group, she works primarily with real estate funds, developers, owners, and managers on tax compliance and planning. She also has experience with tax compliance for High-Net-Worth individuals. Sue works with her clients year-round to help develop and implement effective tax strategies and remain in compliance with ever-changing tax laws. She has particular expertise in partnership structuring and taxes.

Alongside her client work, Sue actively trains staff on technical tax matters specific to the real estate sector. She leads in-person sessions and contributes to the firm’s thought leadership by authoring and reviewing technically robust articles, most recently featured in Bloomberg Tax.

Sue has been recognized in the New York Real Estate Journal’s Women in Commercial Real Estate 2025 Spotlight.

Sue is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

In addition to English, she is fluent in Tagalog.
