Kristen DiNicola is a Senior Manager and the Leader of Anchin’s Learning & Development Department. She has 25 years of experience in the public accounting space, with 10 years on the client service side and more than 14 years in Learning and Development.
As the head of the Anchin’s Learning & Development team, Kristen oversees all elements of the Firm’s Learning & Development initiatives which include a curriculum of more than 350 courses each year. Anchin University manages new hire onboarding, the planning, development, and execution of our technical, technological and leadership development programs, and assessing needs and developing curriculum related to upskilling.
During her time at Anchin, Kristen has introduced and enhanced the annual Leadership Conference focused on advancing the careers of Supervisors, Managers, and others in early leadership positions and partnered with our Human Resources team to roll out our Development Coaching Program. Most recently, Kristen launched an on-the-job development feedback system to track the status of development opportunities across the firm to ensure that employees are receiving continual development. She also works closely with Anchin’s IT, Marketing and HR departments on various projects, including on new technology testing and rollouts, external-facing CPE events and a variety of employee-focused initiatives.
Kristen has been a committee member of the Anchin Women’s Initiative Network (AWIN) for over 10 years.
Kristen is a member of Intend2Lead Innovators, a collaborative group of Learning & Development leaders in CPA firms nationwide. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
