Cristina Misa, CPA, is a Senior Manager in Anchin’s Litigation, Forensic, and Valuation Services Groups with more than ten years of litigation support and investigative experience with an emphasis on litigation and investigation, asset tracing, business valuation, damage calculations, and matrimonial engagements. As a Certified Public Accountant, Cristina’s areas of expertise include a wide range of cases involving individuals, private and public companies, and not-for-profit organizations with emphasis on the evaluation of damages due to breach of contract or fiduciary duty, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, and investigations involving fraud and fraudulent financial reporting, and construction monitoring.

Cristina also specializes in matrimonial consulting, where she performs asset tracing to determine marital and separate property for high-net-worth matrimonial cases, analysis and calculation of living expenses and income available for support for settlement purposes, and modeling of client’s after-tax cash flow incorporating taxable and non-taxable income and support.

Prior to joining Anchin, Cristina gained experience at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where she specialized in matrimonial related services.

Cristina is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), and National Association of Divorce Professionals (NADP).
