Meet Adam Shapiro

Adam Shapiro, CPA, is an Accounting and Audit Senior Manager at Anchin in the firm’s Financial Services Industry Group. He has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and has been with Anchin since joining as an Audit staff accountant following his graduation from SUNY Binghamton in 2015.

Adam leads audit engagements for a broad mix of investment companies, including hedge funds, fund of funds, management companies, master-feeder funds, domestic and offshore funds, private equity, and venture capital funds. He strives to understand his clients’ business in order to provide outstanding client service through the form of accounting, business and consulting services.

In addition to client responsibilities, Adam is an instructor with in-house professional development and training seminars as well as being involved with interviewing for entry level staff. He also advises staff as part of the firm’s career advisor program.
