“The new JPMorganChase global headquarters could change the future of office space, especially Class A. The amenities in that building are spectacular and they have created a space that everyone should want to be in the office every day,” Rob Gilman, partner & leader of Anchin’s real estate group, told Commercial Property Executive. “If other financial firms start seeing JPMorgan attracting more talent due to the space, you are going to start seeing other buildings adding on to their current amenity spaces.”
Gilman also mentioned the addition of a new tower filled with office workers “should also help the rest of the office space market as having more people in the city every day will lead to other companies requiring it.”
