Anchin, a New York–based accounting and advisory firm, reaffirms its commitment to empowering and supporting women within the firm and across the industries it serves. In recognition of this ongoing work, Anchin is highlighting several women-led and women-focused initiatives that help colleagues share ideas, build community, and increase visibility for women in business.
Anchin’s Women’s Initiative Network (AWIN) offers mentorship, leadership development programs, and direct engagement with firm management to help female professionals strengthen relationships and support their personal and professional growth.
The firm’s Women in Technology (WIT) group serves as a community for women and allies in the technology sector, helping participants expand their networks, grow their businesses, and broaden their impact.
Anchin launched its “Women in Consumer Products” event series several years ago to create a forum for meaningful connection and idea‑sharing among exceptional women and allies across the industry. The program reflects a strong commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and inclusivity, welcoming all professionals who contribute to the consumer products ecosystem, from business owners and investors to retailers and advisors. Through this series, Anchin fosters community and empowers the women who are shaping the future of the consumer products landscape.
Founded in 2025, Anchin’s NextGen Women in A/E/C is a network focused on advancing women in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. It brings together rising professionals, industry leaders, and partners from adjacent fields to promote mentorship, connection, and career advancement.
Anchin’s Financial Services Women’s Initiative Network (FSWIN) is dedicated to advancing, supporting, and connecting women across the financial services industry. This program fuels professional growth and empowers participants to elevate their careers while strengthening the firm’s culture.
“We are proud of the women who lead, innovate, and inspire across Anchin,” said Ann Stavrovich, Anchin’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “Their impact is felt throughout the firm, in the markets we serve, and across the broader business community. This month and every month, we celebrate their achievements and remain committed to their continued success.”
Beyond its internal programs, Anchin actively supports organizations that champion women across professional sectors, including Women in Funds, 100 Women in Finance, CREW, Girl Gang, Women Builders Council (WBC), the Women in White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), Women on Boards, Savvy Ladies, 4th Effect, and more. The firm also backs initiatives such as the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk and the Maurer Foundation.
Together, these efforts strengthen Anchin’s ability to champion women both inside and outside the firm and reinforce its commitment to advancing inclusive leadership, representation, and opportunity.
