Take the Survey! Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Construction Industry
Anchin is pleased to present our next architecture, engineering and construction industries survey. In this evolving era, creating an inclusive environment for design and construction is more important than ever and requires that we find ways to share ideas and work together. We invite you to participate in our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Survey to share how you are strategizing to make the workplace a safe place, fostering a sense of belonging among your workforce, encouraging open-mindedness and open dialogue, and ensuring that your firm’s culture is one that not only welcomes differences, but also celebrates them.
The survey questions are centered around the various steps A/E/C firms are taking to promote DEI at their respective companies and implement initiatives to build a more equitable future within the industry.
