Tab Bradshaw is the Chief Operating Officer of Redpoint Cybersecurity, a subsidiary of Anchin that delivers and develops cybersecurity services and consulting. He has over 17 years of experience delivering cybersecurity services to the Intelligence, Aerospace and Defense, Homeland Security, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. He is an innovative problem-solver with the proven ability to address complex challenges, drive results, develop and manage large teams and consistently deliver business growth.

Tab has a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, actionable cyber security strategies for clients in multiple vertical sectors that have resulted in measurable performance improvement.  He is recognized as a cyber-security thought leader in Advanced Threat Hunting and Incident Response, and has extensive experience in recruiting, mentoring and developing talent, creating effective career models and cyber security training programs for large teams.

Prior to joining Anchin, Tab was a Principal of Cybersecurity at a large management and technology consulting firm, where he specialized in helping government clients ensure that information, assets, technologies and data were adequately secured. He also provided guidance on the adherence to, and implementation of, security policies and controls. Previously, he was an Associate Partner at IBM within both their Security Services and Cybersecurity & Privacy Practices. In these roles he led complex consulting engagements and worked closely with solution design teams.

Tab is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce’s National Security Task Force and Cybersecurity Working Group, as well as the Department of Homeland Security’s Advanced Information Sharing Working Group (DHS AIS).
