Sharon J. Franklin is Anchin’s Chief Operating Officer. She brings 30 years of experience in professional services, including leading firm-wide operations and transformation initiatives. Sharon has spent the majority of her career in operational leadership positions at both a regional and national level. She is accomplished in leading cross-functional initiatives, process improvement and project management. 

Sharon started her career as an auditor and also has experience performing M&A advisory work. In recent years, Sharon has led operations and transformation initiatives for a Big 4 accounting and advisory firm, leading international law firm, a FinTech start up and an executive search firm. She is a demonstrated finance and operations leader who is skilled at executing strategic goals, delivering financial results, and leading transformational change through people, process, and technology enhancements.

Sharon works with the Firm’s Executive Committee, and is involved in and leading a variety of initiatives in support of Anchin’s strategy and operational goals, as well as AWIN, the Anchin Women’s Initiative Network. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She also serves on the board of the Westchester Torah Academy.
