David Finkelstein, CPA, is the Director of Human Resources at Anchin. David has more than 20 years of experience working in the accounting industry and nine years of public accounting as an auditor. His diverse experience includes employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, employee and management training, and development programs.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
