Anchin university - Continuing Education Opportunities

Lifelong learning is key to the success of any individual and, in turn, any business. That’s why Anchin is pleased to present Anchin University, a series of continuing education opportunities for our clients and friends. We provide education and training on topics relevant to a number of industries and professions.

New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

Anchin offers four separate CLE certified courses specifically designed to help attorneys better understand complex financial statements and financial issues specific to the construction and real estate industries.

Presented by partners of the Firm, these complimentary courses offer valuable information for you and your attorneys. Our certified professionals can present these courses to you, in-house, on your premises. Each of these programs has been approved by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board.

• The Financial Statement as a Tool for the Practicing Attorney (two CLE credits)
• Understanding Cost Segregation (one CLE credit)-The Results of HCA v. Comissioner
• The Financial Statement as a Tool for Understanding the Construction Industry (one to two CLE credits, depending)
• Fraud in Financial Statements (three CLE credits)
• Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates (two CLE credits)

Architectural Institute of America Continuing Education System (CES)

Anchin offers an accredited CES program, “Best Practices for the Successful Architectural Firm,” to help architects and engineers monitor their operations and cash flow, and to formulate an overall business strategy (1.5 CES credits). Program attendance can also be used to satisfy New York State license requirements for architects, engineers and interior designers.
