Thomas Lee is Director of Litigation, Forensic and Valuation Services at Anchin. He has over 15 years of litigation experience, assisting clients and counsel in financial disputes and conducting financial investigations.

Tom specializes in preparing and analyzing financial claims in a variety of litigation matters, including product liability, breach of contract, intellectual property, whistleblower actions and fraud. He advises public and private corporations in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, healthcare, telecommunications and government.

Tom has significant experience overseeing projects that require the analysis and organization of vast quantities of information, leading teams in the collection, processing and maintenance of large databases. He has assisted clients in forensic accounting and white collar crime investigations in both civil and criminal matters.  Additionally, Tom has conducted independent investigations resulting from SEC inquiries regarding financial statement fraud and misrepresentation.

Prior to joining Anchin, Tom was a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice at Navigant Consulting. He spent several years in the banking and brokerage industry, where he obtained his Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
