Peter Baum is a tax partner at Anchin. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Peter specializes in advising clients on a wide range of specialized consulting services including domestic and international tax matters and implementing these strategies into their financial and business plans, developing effective tax strategies, and expanding operations abroad. In addition he has significant experience with Accounting for Contingencies - FAS 5, Accounting for income Taxes – FAS 109, and Accounting for Income Taxes – Special Areas - APB 23.

Prior to joining Anchin, Mr. Baum was with the national office of a Big 4 firm, where he served as the lead tax professional for large multinationals and worked on both domestic and international tax issues.

Peter is a Certified Public Accountant in NY and CT and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
