Mark Levinson is a tax partner at Anchin with over 25 years of experience. His practice focuses around corporate and partnership taxation issues. He has extensive experience in business, estate, financial, retirement and tax planning for all sizes of closely held and public companies, partnerships, and high net worth individuals. Specific sophisticated tax and other engagements including the following: mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, structuring, reorganizing and liquidation of entities, matrimonial and international transactions.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves on their Tax Division and Financial Planning Division. He is also a member of the New York Sate Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSSCPA) and serves on several committees including, the Partnership Taxation Committee and The Committee to Confer with Bench and Bar.
