Howard Krams is a partner at Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP with over 30 years of experience servicing the accounting, business, and financial needs of real estate companies and their owners. Among his clients are some of the Tri-State’s most active developers and owners. As a result of his extensive experience, Howard is able to assist his clients in deal structuring, financing, construction and marketing. 

Howard has wide-ranging experience with all types of real estate, including office, residential, commercial and retail. He has assisted developers and owners in planning, development, sale, acquisition, construction, leasing, and financing on a wide range of projects, including skyscrapers, industrial sites, and retail complexes.

Howard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
