Richard.Imprescia

Richard Imprescia is the Executive Director of the Business
Economic Development Services Group at Anchin. Richard works with a wide range of federal, state,
and local tax and business incentive programs to deliver tangible
benefits to local businesses. He is responsible for identifying
local companies that are eligible for grants and tax incentives,
and assisting those companies through the complicated application
process. Richard is experienced with all types and levels
of programs, providing information about business or industrial
expansion and analyzing related causes to develop, recommend
and implement alternative solutions.
In November 2004, Richard was appointed as a Member of the Community Services Block Grant Advisory Council to the Department of State by Governor George Pataki. The Council consists of 20 members whose fundamental purpose is to assist low-income persons in overcoming the barriers of poverty.
Richard has served as a public speaker to national presidential campaigns, a campaign manager to local legislative races and as a campaign coordinator to various New York State Legislative races.
Richard is a member of the Westchester County Association, where he is Vice Chairperson of the Government Affairs Committee. He is an adjunct faculty member at the New School University and the City University of New York.
