is also a member of the firm's cost segregation consulting
group. He serves the accounting, business and financial needs

real estate. Fred's clients range from aggressive growing
companies to well-established companies, and he has assisted
many clients in mergers and acquisitions, tax audits, and
securing financing.
Fred is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
