Attendees receive food for thought at State of the Industry Food Event
More than 125 high level executives from the food and beverage industry and consultants who serve the industry attended the second annual State of the Food and Beverage industry event. The event, sponsored by Anchin and Sovereign Bank, was held May 8, 2008, at The Harvard Club.
In addition to results from Anchin’s proprietary food and beverage survey, attendees heard personal insights and success stories from three giants in the industry: Henry Beyer, CEO, Beyer Farms/Tuscan Dairy; Simon Jacobs, CEO, Hale and Hearty Soups, LLC; and Chef Jacques Torres, CEO, Jacques Torres Chocolates.
